The ability to redirect calls between extension numbers as if you were all located 'on-site' as with a traditional PBX.


Web Call Management

You can access your Virtual Office through our web portal where you can change schedules, change on-call person, telephone numbers or see your call/message history for the past six months for each person.


Auto Attendant (Press 1-2-3 etc) with Directory

The caller can either enter the extension of the person they are trying to find or find them

Each person in the directory can use any of the find-me or follow-me features so that they can easily be found when they leave the office.


Call Transfer

Find Me & Follow Me with call screening and patching:
Asks for the caller’s name and then announces their name when it calls you or it can directly patch the caller to your cell phone without a pre-screen.

It will search you down by calling various numbers until it finds you or it can default to our 24 hour staff that will handle the call per your instructions.

You can easily change the order in which a call finds you or you can enter a new number.


TIME OF DAY SCHEDULING

Calls can be routed differently based upon time of day or day of week for each person.


FAX INTEGRATION

Now conveniently receive your faxes when traveling. All faxes can be forwarded to your email address(es) for downloading and printing. You can also download a fax to ANY fax machine.


CALL CONFERENCING

Create a group conference at any time.


EMAIL VOICE MESSAGES

Email your voice messages to one or multiple email addresses


CALLER ID with CELL PHONE notification

The voice mail box automatically captures the number of the person who calls and passes through the Caller ID of the person who just called to any cell phone.


2-WAY CALL RECORDING

You can record both sides of a conversation and the system will Email the copy of the conversation to you as a .wav file.


CALL RETURN

When picking up messages you can now return the call by pressing the '#' sign.
